5. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.

Users must not upload content that:

• Is offensive, abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Contains false or misleading information.
• Violates copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware or harmful software.
• Violates any law or regulation.
• Damages the reputation of the church or its members.

6. Content Ownership and License

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content to the Church Portal, users grant the church a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and use the content within the application for church-related purposes.

7. Content Moderation

Pastors and authorized church administrators may monitor, review, edit, restrict, or remove any content uploaded to the application.

Content may be removed without prior notice if it:
